Repairs and
Inspection
OVERLOOK NOTHING
|
Precision Hydraulics LTD has been performing preventative
maintenance inspections of lifting equipment and devices since
1998 in accordance with the current ANSI standard.
Our technicians are factory trained by over 5 major
manufacturers. A lift inspection consists of a thorough check of
all hydraulic, pneumatic,
mechanical, electrical and structural components. We torque all
anchor bolts to spec and check all fasteners for torque.
We have an extensive parts inventory and have vast contacts and
relationships with parts manufacturers and suppliers all over
North America. Lift down time in most cases is mere hours. We
make hydraulic hoses on-site, have a portable welder and
portable 30 ton load cell for jack load tests and inspection.
When your lift service company
checks your lift do they:
- Torque anchor bolts? Or use a wrench/impact
- Check all fasteners? Or what they can reach
- Remove all inspection plates? Or check whats available
- Supply ALI books? Or not
- Place a vehicle on the lift and check lowering speed? Or move
on to the next lift
- Talk to the technician about safety procedures in using the
lift?
If they don’t (and very few do) they are not performing an
inspection that is valid with today’s industry standards
